You should tell your Doctor and family. Also talk to a therapist.I have anxiety depression and have been trying an alternative therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique and it has really worked for me and helped me a lot. Since using it I have been feeling a lot better. It's very good at getting rid of all kinds of negative emotions and dealing with all kinds of issues quickly. It does sound bizarre but does work. Might be something that can you. If you type anorexia in the search engine of emofree.com you should find some articles about EFT helping people with anorexia.

What did you do to recover the first time? The next question is, now that you're eating less, are you also losing weight? To save yourself, you'll need to get to the bottom of the reasons why you're avoiding food. You didn't mention how old you are, or if you are living with parents, if there are control issues, self-hatred, abuse, etc. Those are all things that you can rise above, but it very often takes help to get up when you're down. From a simplistic level, getting out and making friends and doing things that are fun, including exercise, can help get your mind off yourself and can also be a good stimulant of one's appetite, assuming you're not hanging around with more anorexics. And to quote some equally simplistic, but very logical advice from Dr. Phil,"You need to get excited about your life!"Good luck!

Try to seek mediacl advice from your GP. Also ask if you can be referred to a Coucillor. You need someone to talk to so you can find out your underlying problems. This will enable you to know exactly what it is that triggers off your anorexia. This would also help you to get anxieties you may have out in the open. Good Luck.

I have no advice to give you, apart from check out the websites you've been given, and talk to the people that want to talk to you. There are a lot of people out there that have been where you are now, and come through it. Useless to tell you to eat, useless to tell you what you're doing to yourself, you already know all of that. Only you know what caused this in the first place and only you know why it may be happening again. Just please know that you're not alone in how you feel, and all the'perfect'people out there have their own issues, hard as that may be to believe right now. No-one is perfect, or can ever hope to be. Not even you. So stop trying to be.
