Pushups, cruches, jogging or cycling are the best ways to do. Since you are trying to loose weight, avoid junk food and try to skip meals. Restrict the intake of fats and carbs in the diet and even avoid sugary intakes

There are number of exercises which you can do without equipment. You can do Cardio Exercises such as walking, running, jogging, swimming, and push ups without equipment.
Yoga is also one of the best exercise which can be done without any equipment at home or at any other calm place.

There are so many exercise are available without equipment but i really like to doing more yoga exercise. Yoga exercise is really good exercise to doing without any equipment and they maintain your fitness very well. Yoga is really good to strong your muscles very well and they reducing more weight easily.

without equipment its hard to lose weight. but this give to strength and good health. just like swimming is Water's buoyancy accommodates the unfit as well as the fit. Water cushions stiff joints or fragile bones that might be injured by the impact of land exercises. When immersed to the waist, your body bears just 50% of its weight; immersed to the chest, it's 25%-35%; and to the neck, 10%

There are many ways to exercise without any equipment. Some are followings.
Walking.
Jumping
Pushups
Leg Lefts
Jogging in place...
