Default How can I lead a very healthy lifestyle? - 12-28-2008, 10:49 AM

I am 15 years old and 119lbs. I am not trying to lose weight, I want to become very healthy and make sure I stay healthy for my entire life.1) How many calories should I eat a day?2) How much should I exercise a day/ how many day a week?3) What foods should I eat?4) What foods should I avoid eating?5) What kind of exercise should I do?Any other tips would be great.Thank you! In order to calculate you calories per day you will need to work out your height and the level of activity you do nowthen you will probably be about 2500 cal per dayModerate exercise - half hour walk to start with - a bit of cardio on another day and build it upLots of Fruit and vegies and min dairyany thing in a can, jar, packet or from a fast food shop - you don't know what sugar,salt and other preservatives are in. they are not good for your health.Eat Breakfast and Lunch to be the main meal and have a light dinnerAs a treat no more than once a week if you have lost weight then you could have something like that.You should aim to lose 2lb per week at the start. This sort of plan is easy to maintain and will have long term health benefits.

1) 1,750 calories a day.2) 45 minutes a day, everyday.3) 5-6 servings of grains, 2-3 servings of vegetables, 2-3 servings of fruit, 2-3 servings of dairy, 2-3 servings of meat/protein, very little of fatty foods.4) Fatty foods, high calorie foods.5) All kinds of exercises (aerobic, cardiovascular, strength training)If you hate exercise, then do some kind of exercise with your friends that is fun, like a favorite sport or activity, or make up your own game. My friends and I have made several games off of sports.

Such improvement can happen thanks to neuroplasticity that is, when the rate of creation and survival of new neurons in certain parts of the brain is increased, or when the rate of creation and survival of synapses (the connections between neurons) speeds up, or when a neurochemical environment is nurtured in our brains to support information processing.The nice thing about discovering that our lifestyle can affect brain functions is that it puts our brain health largely under our own control. However there is no magic formula. Scientists are only beginning to understand how what we do can interact with our genetic makeup. As to now, it is not possible to define which actions are the best for which individuals. It is likely that there will never be one general solution that solves all the challenges inherent in maintaining one's brain health.

According to me you have to follow my golden health rules that you can feeling well by heart and your day will be a best of whole year. Get up early in the morning and take exercises regularly. You have to do yoga regularly. Then you have to drink at-least 5 glass of water every day. This is the golden rule to live healthy life style.

According to me you have to follow my golden health rules that you can feeling well by heart and your day will be a best of whole year. Get up early in the morning and take exercises regularly. You have to do yoga regularly.You have to control your habit of eating out side food and take healthy meal regularly.
