Anyone know of any good tips on keeping warm (for my Raynaud's) or for giving my aching joints, (especially my painful hands and feet) a bit of relief? I am 28. I don't sleep well at night because of my diseases, (I wake up constantly eventhough I can go back to sleep). Any one have good ideas? Thanks everybody! =) ------

I too have Fibromyalgia, Ostio-Arthitis, Sciatica, Endometriosis,&Hepatisis C from a tainted blood-transfusion in 1980. The FederalGov't seems to think my life is worth $25,000.00!
