yeah i have just had a hot bath, went to the docs as my asthma has decorated a lot in the last 24 hours, due to the freezing weather, the minute i step outside i cant breathe.
they have changed my inhaler from betideDEo seretide.
i am stressing as im 38 weeks pregnant and know that at the minute i wouldn't be able to cope with labour, so want to ease symptoms as soon as! mu hubby is away and we have no friends or family here so i am on my own with a three year old! last thing i want is to be hospitalized!

I haven't found anything except the inhalers to help my asthma.

sometimes there isn't a lot you can do. Sit upright, makes breathing a lot easier. Take a hot bath/shower and the steam often helps. Other than that i find sipping water helps but i think that's because my mind is on the water instead of breathing.
