Definitely!!! Eat sugar for a month or two and don't do anything to burn those carbs... you will see what happens! If you need sugar.. try finding it in a more natural form like in watermelon or some other fruit... ( I say watermelon because I love it sooo much!! ).Also it wouldn't hurt to exercise a bit.
