Definitely!!! Eat sugar for a month or two and don't do anything to burn those carbs... you will see what happens! If you need sugar.. try finding it in a more natural form like in watermelon or some other fruit... ( I say watermelon because I love it sooo much!! ).Also it wouldn't hurt to exercise a bit. Sugar does not turn into bad cholesterol but it increases the bad cholesterol. Sugar level must be maintained in the body. It is the refined sugar which cause more problem than the natural sugar which lies in fruits and vegetables.
