What are the risks of smoking without thyroid? -

If you were diagnoised with Thyroid cancer and you had a total thyroidectomy, meaning you have no thyroid, is it ok to smoke? What are the risks associated with smoking with no thyroid?If you were diagnoised with Thyroid cancer and you had a total thyroidectomy, meaning you have no thyroid, is it ok to smoke? What are the risks associated with smoking with no thyroid?Clarification:Was not a smoker before total thyroidectomy. Now drinks heavily and smokes a pack a day.Is someone I know.
